Our program runs the whole year. We break it up to six parts, first off-season (mid January to the end of March), season preparation (April), season (May to June), summer break (July), second off-season (August to mid December), and then the winter break (mid December to mid January).

During the first off-season, we concentrate on technique, conditioning, weight training, learning the Football plays, but most of all having fun through Flag Football. During season preparation, the kids get used to wearing the equipment and learning the basics of tackling, blocking, and working together as a team.   We also are in training camp.

The season we play games against other teams. We are off in July. During the second off-season, the emphasis is on fun activities such as going to German Football games like

the German Bowl. We are back in the weight room to get stronger and on the track learning to get faster.   We also play Flag Football games.

Attending football camps and All-Star team practices are encouraged.   We are in the Winter break from the middle of December to the middle of January.

We have practice three times a week.   When it is warm, we are outside on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and sometimes Saturdays. When it is cold, we are indoors on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

During the season, we add another day to look at game videos of ourselves and our opponents.
